Hi guys!

Good Grief is running an OCL-like event (except they include spades and hearts- whoopy! Very Happy

) and looking for 4 teams (6 pirates in each team).

So.... who wants to join my team?? Very Happy

Ok mates- it looks like we need one more person for this team- So who will it be??!!?? Very Happy

Also, we will need folks that may just want to do one portion of an event as well as folks that don't want to commit but are willing to be used as an extra player in case one of the team members can't show up for a specific event.

They are also looking for mixed-crew teams as well- so if you'd rather not be on my team please sign up on the Good Grief forum as a free-agent. Any which way I hope you guys can come out and participate- this is a great opportunity to meet your new flagmates!

So team- what will our team name be (The Lost Griefers?)? AND who is captain for this team (I'll do it if no one else has a burning desire to be capitan)?

I think an important point to make of this, is that we're not looking to get to 6 or 7 people that want to take part and then stop.

If we had enough support I'd be more than happy to have us enter two teams!

I'd volunteer to Captain the team, but as Crew Captain I feel almost like I'm trying to muscle into every high power slot!!!!!

I would like to participate but my schedule may or might not let me be a full time participant.
I can be a "fill in" person though.
Note: I can play most parlor games (and do decent) but might not be the best player, parlor wise.

I would be a good backup player.

For Carrol and anyone else....

The Team Captains are responsible for getting together and planning times when both teams can meet to participate for that week's games. I think we'll really only know how it is going to go after the first week of the tourney... I say we try it and just keep the organiser (Scurvycrab) uptodate with how it's going, and then ask if we are allowed more substitutes etc if necessary if we can't all meet up at agreeable times.

Okay I have made one team....

Myself, Faeree, Kittyzkatz, Ceci, Bob and Whoosy.

Now there are erm ?4 others that are interested....

Jezz (was in the first team, but has dropped out from there because if anything that is arranged, is at a time that is unsuitable to one, it's likely to be unsuitable to both......meaning 2 people drop out from one team).

Carrol, Bud and Ara.

My suggestion is for those 4 to join forces along with any other TLL people that are interested, and form a second TLL team, or pick up a couple of free agents.

Otherwise can everyone put their name in the Free agent post so that everyone knows who is available.

I'm just not sure of the timing of all of this. It looks like once we have teams we figure timing out afterwards?
So I'll do it of course if the time fits well. Is there a closing date as to when all the matches must be completed by?
